If so, our client is hiring a Senior Project Manager.Position Type:ContractHybrid - 3 to 4 times a weekRequired:University degree and/or 4 years of change management or project management experienceStrong client focus with outstanding judgment, analytical skills, critical thinking, influencing skills, and verbal and written communication skillsAbility to build relationships across regions and functions, partnering with team members of all levelsAbility to handle uncertainties of an evolving, dynamic organizationExperience working in a fast-paced, high-change environmentStrong attention to detail with excellent prioritization skillsStrong business writing skillsStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple demands and changing prioritiesHands-on change management experienceProficiency in MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and general MS-Office skillsHR/HCM experienceExperience creating communications, training, and change plansPreferences:Finance experienceDemonstrated employment stability and a record of successfully completing prior assignmentsResponsibilities:Provide change management support on global initiatives aimed at transforming the work of the HCM departmentConduct stakeholder mapping and change impact analysis to make strategic recommendations about change approach, including engagement activities, communications, training, and go-live supportSupport project leads in distilling complex information into digestible and meaningful content for use in various forums, including creating executive talking points and PowerPoint presentationsPrepare and support Change Management Lead meetings for internal (HCM) and client (business unit and divisional) forums to various stakeholdersSupport team members and change champions across multiple teams and locationsEnsure consistent change management approach across regional projects, tailoring for individual project needsLead administrative organization including meeting scheduling, forum planning, and workshops
