Seven Healthcare is seeking a dedicated RN for an Intensive Care Unit travel assignment in Falmouth, MA. This position requires an experienced critical care nurse ready to manage patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Key Responsibilities of the RN - ICU

• Deliver patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Administer and monitor patient responses to medications
• Direct and guide patient care, teaching, and activities of ancillary personnel
• Utilize the nursing process to maintain relevant, accurate, and current patient records
• Provide documentation of patient assessments, including physical, psychological, and social dimensions
• Demonstrate proficiency in Computerized Nursing Informatics
• Act as a resource person for patient care, orientation, and staff teaching
• Adhere to safety and blood/body fluid policies and procedures

Requirements of the RN - ICU

• Current RN license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
• BLS Certification required
• Completion of CCHC Pharmacology and Basic Arrythmia exams
• Prior critical care experience required
• ACLS Certification
• Preferred: De-escalation course, BSN, CCRN, TCAR, hemodynamic monitoring skills
