If you're a strong diagnostician who likes solving tough problems on big iron, this is a steady, year-round role with top pay and room to grow.What You'll DoDiagnose and repair dozers, excavators, wheel loaders, landfill compactors, articulated haul trucks, and support equipmentTroubleshoot complex engine, hydraulic, powertrain, and electrical problems using OEM diagnostic software and schematicsDo preventive maintenance, inspections, and rebuilds in the shop and in the fieldKeep accurate service records and talk clearly with service managers and customersWhat You BringExcellent diagnostic experience on heavy equipment (this is a must)2+ years repairing heavy construction, landfill, or diesel equipmentStrong hydraulic and electrical troubleshooting skillsYour own hand tools and a valid driver's license (a CDL is a plus)What's Offered$26-$40/hr depending on experience, plus overtimeHealth, dental, and vision coverage401(k) with a 3% match3 weeks' vacationA $30 per week tool allowanceCompany-supplied specialty tools and diagnostic equipmentUniform service and a boot allowanceInterested?
