We’re looking for a Part‑Time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about reaching individuals who need mental healthcare but lack easy access to it. This role offers a flexible, private‑practice schedule with no administrative overhead. This is a contract position What you’ll do: Treat patients in your state(s) of licensure. Conduct initial Psychiatric Diagnosis Interview Examinations (PDE) for new patient referrals and Evaluation & Management (E/M) sessions for established patients. Use the Talkspace platform to conduct video call sessions with patients, submit clinical documentation, and manage patient treatment plans. Coordinate with the Talkspace psychiatry team as needed. Practice from home on your own schedule, with bank‑level security and HIPAA‑compliant communications. Compensation:

• 110 per initial session with a new patient referral (Psychiatric Diagnosis Interview Examination – 45–60 min).
• 30–$85 per follow‑up session with an established patient, depending on the length of the session (Evaluation and Management – 10–49 min).

About you: Active Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) license in Florida state. Active DEA and individual NPI number. Completed and signed CAQH application. Collaborating/supervising physician agreement, or willingness to obtain one. Reliable internet connection. Independent liability insurance: minimum $1 million occurrence / $3 million aggregate.
