Senior Strategist - Endpoint Technology

Responsibilities Maintain Enterprise Technology’s Desktop Technology Strategy, ensuring strategic goals are planned, advanced, and achieved to deliver business value. Provide direction for vendor desktop strategy to ensure cohesive and synchronized technologies. Offer hands‑on expertise to current desktop systems. Participate in strategic and operational planning activities with GTS service owners and senior technical staff. Consult on operational processes to align strategies and minimize customer impact. Consult with the architecture team reviewing strategic technologies and solution design. Challenge status‑quo and introduce innovative technology solutions. Conduct research for strategic IT projects and assess technologies, products, and services related to performance management. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum 5+ years of related experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Broad knowledge across technology disciplines: web, database, data center, network, and workforce computing. Deep understanding of modern endpoint management ecosystems (SCCM, Intune, automated application delivery). Proven knowledge of cloud technologies. Experience modernizing legacy code and automations with SQL, Visual Studio, and GitHub (branching, pull requests, CI). Experience with cloud‑based virtual desktops (Azure Virtual Desktop, AWS WorkSpaces, Citrix, Nerdio). Experience with ServiceNow and enterprise ITSM processes (PC provisioning, HAM, SAM, asset lifecycle management, cost reconciliation). Strong understanding of technology architecture principles and the ability to translate complex information into simple solutions. Planning orientation with integrative and strategic thinking skills; ability to learn quickly and coach others. Ability to drive consensus and support from diverse groups. Working Conditions Hybrid work environment: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays (3 days in office per week). Work travel less than 10%. Hybrid position requires three days in office per week at a hub location (Philadelphia, PA; Cedar Rapids, IA; Denver, CO). Relocation assistance not provided. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship not available. Compensation Salary range: $105,000 – $145,000 annually (good faith estimate). Actual starting pay depends on qualifications, experience, location, and operational needs. Position eligible for Annual Bonus based on company bonus plan and individual performance.
