Torch Fitness by Valet Living is looking for Certified Group Fitness Professionals to SUB Aqua Fitness classes at luxury Senior Living apartment communities in and around the Jacksonville Area. This individual will be a part of a quickly expanding team focused on growth and delivering a consistent high-quality service to members within the community.

Location (Various):

• 4101 San Pablo Pkwy, Jacksonville, FL 32224
• 48 Pine Shadow Pkwy, Ponte Vedra Beach, FL 32081

Seeking individuals comfortable interacting and teaching a variety of group fitness classes, i to the residents of said community along with a passion for helping others meet their fitness goals.

Looking for a candidate to...

• Substitute teach with 24-48hrs notice, weekday mornings/early afternoons
• 1 to 3 offers per month
• Travel up to 15 miles from home
• 45 minute classes with 2-6 students

Travel to and from the community is required in addition to checking and attendance tracking using our software system.

Qualifications

• Liability insurance (required)
• Experience in designing and implementing fitness programs and classes for seniors
• Current CPR and AED certification, college degree, or fitness certification (preferred)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Clock-in/clock-out and sign-off training sessions using our software
• Continually monitor and assist members to ensure proper form is used when performing exercises during classes
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance
• Lead and motivate clients safely throughout classes
• Practice what you preach. Live a lifestyle similar to the way you want clients to live theirs
• Modify specific exercises to accommodate various skill levels and/or physical ailments
• Be a fitness leader in the community
• Build your book and brand yourself for success
