Experienced Install Coordinator

As You Wish Electric

Job Description

Description:

Ready to energize your career?

As You Wish Electric, Plumbing, Heating and Air is looking for YOU to join our growing team! In this role, you'll be the dynamic backbone supporting our Install Manager, bringing energy, organization, and customer-first spirit to every project we tackle.

What's In It for You?

Money that matters: Competitive hourly pay $28-$32 DOE, distributed weekly every Friday!
Balance you can count on: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Time for yourself: Immediate PTO accrual plus 6 paid holidays
Health coverage that covers more: Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance
Future-focused benefits: Generous 401(k) company match
Come with friends, leave with rewards: Referral bonus program
Invest in your growth: Ongoing technical and sales development training from industry leaders
More than a workplace, a community: Office outings, casual vibes, and friendships that last a lifetime!

Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It)

Be the voice customers trust from kickoff to completion
Craft smooth project timelines with weather, resources, and roadblocks in mind
Shuffle schedules like a pro to boost efficiency and spark customer delight
Keep permits current and inspections on track throughout installation phases
Guard resource availability — materials, equipment, and crew — to prevent delays
Partner with Project Managers on invoices, rebates, equipment registrations, inventory, and financial reporting
Build a seamless project flow where 100% customer satisfaction is the standard, not the goal
Handle dispatching and permit submissions with city follow-through that never misses a beat
Team up with local authorities to nail those necessary permits and approvals
Own permit applications: gather specs, organize drawings, and coordinate inspector meetings
Track daily KPIs to drive departmental efficiency and performance
Crunch weekly job costing reports for the finance squad
Deliver vendor reports on weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles
Communicate with grace over phone, email, and mail
Step up wherever help is needed

Requirements:

What You Bring to the Table

Excel wizardry required: If you live in spreadsheets, you're home
Customer service chops: Experience shines here
Communication superpowers: Clear, warm, and professional in every interaction
Organization on steroids: Juggling multiple tasks without breaking a sweat
Industry curiosity: Electrical/home services background or eagerness to dive in
ServiceTitan savvy: Proficiency makes the workflow fly
Detail detective: Accuracy in data entry and documentation isn't optional

Ready to light up your career? As You Wish is building something great, and they want a sharp, organized teammate right in the middle of it. Let's power it up together!
