The LPN will observe, report, and record medical information in the electronic medical record, instruct patients and families per teaching plans, and communicate with the healthcare team to coordinate individualized patient care. Minimum Qualifications Currently licensed to practice as an LPN in the state of employment or holds a multistate LPN license through the Interstate Nurse Licensure Compact.
