A healthcare facility is seeking an experienced pharmacist skilled in sterile compounding to ensure the accurate preparation and verification of IV medications. This full-time role offers an opportunity to apply your expertise in sterile preparations within a dynamic pharmacy setting. Schedule: Full-time 2:00pm to 10:00pm Key Responsibilities: Verify and review prescriptions for compounded sterile preparations to ensure accuracy and patient safety Compound IV medications and other sterile products following established pharmacy policies and procedures Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards for sterile preparation and handling Qualifications: Active and clear Pharmacist license in the state of Texas Minimum of 1 year of experience specifically in sterile compounding of intravenous medications Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care This position is offered as a contract-to-hire opportunity, ideal for a pharmacist looking to transition into a permanent role while gaining rewarding hands‑on experience in sterile compounding.
