As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, support access control activities, and provide exceptional customer service. This driving position requires a valid driver's license. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $19.25 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeSat07:00 AM - 03:00 PMSun07:00 AM - 03:00 PM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property management personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to established site protocols. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial property buildings, common areas, parking facilities, entrances, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points and observe site activity, reporting unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations to appropriate personnel. Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and other required records in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific procedures. Minimum Requirements At least one year of security-related experience is required. A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Customer service experience is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.Access control and badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
