Compensation:

$100,000 – $150,000+ annually Commission-based

Responsibilities: Connect with buyers and sellers to understand their real estate goals, needs, preferences, and timelines

• Follow up with qualified buyer and seller leads and build a strong pipeline of potential clients

• Leverage your bilingual communication skills to build rapport and provide an exceptional experience for a diverse range of clients

• Conduct buyer consultations and listing appointments and educate clients about the real estate process

• Guide clients through every stage of the home-buying and home-selling process , from initial consultation through closing

• Show properties, identify opportunities, and provide tailored recommendations based on each client's needs

• Use CRM technology and established team systems to manage leads, client interactions, follow-up, and transaction activity

• Collaborate with Inside Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other team members to maximize opportunities and deliver outstanding client service

• Prepare, present, and negotiate offers and contracts while advocating for your clients' best interests

• Maintain consistent communication and provide proactive follow-up throughout the transaction

• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, role-play, and professional development to strengthen sales and industry knowledge

• Build long-term relationships that generate repeat and referral business

Qualifications:

• Active Real Estate License — required

• Fluent in English and Spanish — required

• Proven experience in real estate sales, buyer representation, listing sales, or a related client-facing sales role

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust with buyers and sellers

• Experience using CRM systems and structured lead follow-up processes

• Strong organization and time-management skills , with the ability to manage multiple clients, leads, and transactions

• Highly goal-oriented and results-driven , with a strong desire to increase production and income

• Excellent follow-through and ability to consistently nurture leads and convert opportunities

• Coachable and committed to continuous improvement through training, coaching, and proven team systems

• Passion for providing an exceptional client experience throughout the real estate transaction
