Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site Sales and Finance Manager hybrid role based in Hilton Head Island, SC. The Sales and Finance Manager will guide customers through the vehicle purchase process, from initial consultation and test drives to finalizing sales, while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and repeat business. This role will structure and present finance and lease options, secure approvals with lending partners, and ensure that all contracts and documentation are accurate, compliant, and completed in a timely manner. The individual will collaborate closely with sales consultants, service staff, and management to meet sales and profitability targets, manage deal pipelines, and support inventory turn. Day‑to‑day responsibilities also include reviewing credit applications, explaining protection products and add‑on services, maintaining up‑to‑date knowledge of incentives and regulations, and using CRM and dealership systems to track performance and follow up with customers. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in automotive or retail sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Background in finance or F&I (Finance and Insurance) functions, including structuring loans and leases and working with lenders. Strong customer service and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse customers. Proficiency with dealership management systems, CRM platforms, and basic office software (e.g., MS Office or similar tools). Solid understanding of credit applications, basic lending principles, and relevant state and federal compliance requirements, or willingness to learn quickly. Strong organizational and time‑management abilities, with attention to detail in contracts, documentation, and deal structures. Comfort working in a goal‑driven environment, including evenings or weekends as required by dealership operations. High school diploma or equivalent required; postsecondary education in business, finance, or a related field is preferred. Previous experience in an automotive dealership sales, finance, or management role is highly beneficial.
