What You’ll Do Be a Leader Supervise and support overnight associates by assigning work, setting priorities, and ensuring expectations are clear. Communicate goals and provide real‑time coaching and feedback to drive strong execution. Support recruiting, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance development. Partner with club leadership to ensure a smooth transition from overnight to daytime operations. Deliver Member-Ready Excellence Ensure shelves are stocked, merchandise is zoned, and the club is clean, safe, and ready for members each morning. Maintain merchandise presentation through stocking, organizing, signing, pricing, and display execution. Identify and address shrink, damages, and high‑risk product areas. Own Inventory & Merchandising Execution Receive and stock merchandise from distribution centers and vendors using company equipment and processes. Complete required paperwork, logs, and documentation accurately and on time. Support product rotation, code dating, recalls, and sanitation standards. Oversee picking and staging of club pickup orders as needed, ensuring accuracy and readiness. Champion Safety & Compliance Conduct safety sweeps and correct or report unsafe conditions. Follow procedures for equipment operation, forklift spotting, steel standards, and hazardous material handling. Model and enforce compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Use Tools to Drive Results Leverage handheld technology and digital tools to manage tasks, inventory, and workflow. Monitor progress, adjust plans, and make informed decisions using available data. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
