Job Description

The Opportunity:

Looking for maximum miles and a stable paycheck? Join our high-volume OTR division running premium, dedicated US Mail and FedEx freight contracts. Operating out of our main hub in Atlanta, we specialize in long-haul, no-touch team runs that guarantee consistency. We ensure our teams stay moving, averaging 5,500 to 6,500 miles weekly in top-of-the-line equipment built for the road.

Weekly Compensation & 1099 Benefits:

Team Mileage Pay: $0.75 CPM.
Driver Average Gross: $2,000 to $2,200+ weekly per driver.
Direct Deposit: Paid out reliably every Friday.
Tax Status: 1099.
Company-Provided Tools: Pre-pass, EZ-Pass, fuel cards, and scale passes are fully provided.
Cash Incentives: Extra bonuses available for safe driving, strong performance, and clean DOT inspections.

Equipment Highlight: 2024 Volvo VNL 860

We put our teams in premium, late-model trucks designed for team life:

Living Space: Extra-large sleeper berth featuring a rear booth dinette conversion.
In-Cab Comfort: Integrated microwave, large refrigerator, power inverter, bunk heater, and heated leather seats.
Truck Specifications: Automatic transmission, bright LED headlights, front deer guard protection.
Speed: Governed at 72 mph (pedal) / 70 mph (cruise control).
Fleet Trailers: Up-to-date 2021–2024 Dry Vans.

Schedule & Onboarding Details:

Time on the Road: 4 weeks out on the road minimum, followed by 5 full days of home time.
Hiring Location: We are accepting team applications nationwide from all lower 48 states.
Travel & Orientation: 100% paid by the company. This includes your travel arrangements, hotel room, Uber rides, and required drug screen.

Qualifications for Teams:

Both partners must hold an active, valid Class A CDL license.
At least one driver in the team must have a minimum of 2 years of verifiable OTR driving experience.
Must have a clean MVR
