What You'll Be Doing Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical equipment to support safe and efficient plant operations. Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on conveyors, crushers, motors, bearings, and related equipment. Install, align, and replace mechanical components while maintaining quality workmanship standards. Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime and maintain production goals. Follow safety procedures and collaborate with team members to continuously improve plant reliability. Utilize fabrication and welding skills to repair, modify, and install equipment and structural components. What Are We Looking For Demonstrated ability to diagnose, repair, and maintain industrial mechanical equipment. Working knowledge of preventative maintenance practices, tools, and mechanical systems. Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals, diagrams, and technical documents. Commitment to safe work practices with strong attention to detail and quality. Dependable team player with effective communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check. Must be authorized to work in the United States and comply with all company safety requirements. Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
