Part Time Emergency Veterinarian

Bay Area Pet Hospital is a privately owned, 24/7 emergency veterinary hospital located in beautiful Traverse City, Michigan. Since 2010, we have proudly served northern Michigan as a high-quality community emergency hospital, providing compassionate and efficient emergency care to pets throughout the region. We are not a specialty referral center and work closely with downstate specialty hospitals when advanced referral care is indicated. Our team currently includes 8 full-time emergency veterinarians with 6-15+ years of experience, creating a collaborative and supportive environment for both seasoned ER doctors and those looking to grow their emergency skills. We are currently seeking part-time veterinarians for: Weekend daytime emergency/urgent care coverage One overnight shift per week (6 PM-7 AM) Our doctors work overlapping schedules, with at least two DVMs on the floor together until 11 PM to ensure strong team support and case collaboration.
