Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse - NICU

Our organization is in search of a dedicated and empathetic Registered Nurse to join our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). As a vital member of our Healthcare & Medical Services team, you will deliver specialized, evidence-based care to newborns who are premature or critically ill, all within a dynamic and high-stakes environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide continuous monitoring of patients to ensure their well-being.
• Administer medications as prescribed and manage ventilators and other medical devices.
• Educate families about their newborns' conditions and care plans.
• Collaborate effectively with neonatologists and other members of the interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse license.
• Experience in a NICU or similar high-acuity setting is preferred.
• Strong commitment to ethical practices and patient safety.
