In this role, you will work closely with licensed agents to schedule and conduct property showings, client tours, and open house events. Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate home showings, client tours, and open house appointments
• Collaborate with licensed agents to provide outstanding client experiences
• Engage in ongoing training and professional growth opportunities

Responsibilities

• Work with Buyer Agents to guide their clients to homes
• Host three open houses per month
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients' search criteria
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, weekly training, and Partner Call

Qualifications

You have the desire to support others while being committed to your growth in real estate and leadership skills.

• Already a licensed real estate agent or planning to be licensed
• Positive and good energy
• Ability to spend a significant amount of time driving in their car
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Have a sense of humor
• Organized and accountable
• Internally motivated
• Willingness to learn
