$23/hour

⏰ Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

BG Staffing is currently seeking a Certified Maintenance Technician to join our team at a well-maintained apartment community in Richmond, VA.

Job Responsibilities

Perform routine and preventive maintenance on apartment homes and community amenities
Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues
Prepare vacant units for move-in (turns)
Respond to maintenance service requests in a timely and professional manner
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the property
Work closely with property management and vendors as needed

Qualifications

EPA Certification required
Previous apartment or residential maintenance experience preferred
Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Reliable transportation and basic hand tools
