Active Illinois Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred; facility manages heavy orthopaedic caseloads. Experience with Prompt EMR preferred. Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 10–12 patients per day for PTs; 12–13 for PTAs. Current resume required to submit as a substitute. Benefits Weekly, on‑time pay.
