Job Description NOW HIRING: Maintenance Supervisor Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join the team at a prestigious high-rise condominium community. Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM What You'll Do As the Maintenance Supervisor, you'll play a key role in maintaining the property's appearance, safety, and functionality by: Performing light electrical repairs and troubleshooting Completing basic plumbing repairs and maintenance Assisting with light HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting Completing interior and exterior painting projects Pressure washing walkways, common areas, and exterior surfaces Performing general building repairs and preventative maintenance Responding promptly to maintenance requests Maintaining the property's safety, cleanliness, and overall appearance Coordinating and prioritizing daily maintenance tasks Supporting residents and staff with professionalism and excellent customer service Performing additional maintenance duties as needed What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will have: Previous experience in condominium, apartment, hotel, commercial building, or facility maintenance Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems Experience with painting, drywall repair, and general maintenance Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills The ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities A professional, customer-focused attitude when interacting with residents, vendors, and staff Excellent reliability, attendance, and time management The ability to lift, bend, climb, and perform physical maintenance duties throughout the workday Why This Opportunity?
