This role ensures alignment with company standards, audit expectations, and operational goals while driving overall store performance and accountability.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all daily retail, grocery and warehouse operations to ensure efficiency, organization, and alignment with company standardsEnsure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and audit requirements across departmentsMonitor store performance, including sales, inventory, shrink, and operational metricsDrive accountability across department managers and ensure consistent execution of responsibilitiesReview audit results and implement corrective actions to address deficiencies and improve performanceOversee staffing, scheduling, and team performance to support operational needsEnsure proper execution of inventory management, receiving, and merchandising processesMaintain high standards of customer service and resolve escalated customer concernsEnsure compliance with safety, food safety, and regulatory requirementsCollaborate with corporate and regional leadership to support company initiativesIdentify operational risks or gaps and implement solutions to improve efficiency and complianceMaintain overall store and warehouse organization, cleanliness, and readiness for audit and inspectionQualificationsPrevious experience in retail, warehouse, or grocery operations managementStrong understanding of operational processes across multiple departmentsExperience leading and managing teams in a fast-paced environmentStrong financial and analytical skillsExcellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilitiesStrong communication and leadership skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience managing multi-department operationsFamiliarity with audit standards and compliance requirementsBackground in high-volume retail, grocery or wholesale environmentsWork Environment / ExpectationsPrimarily retail, grocery or warehouse environment. Requires active oversight of operations across departments.
