Compliance Analyst

We are seeking a risk management and compliance professional to oversee the third-party compliance program.

Key responsibilities:

• Review and assess third-party vendors/channel partners
• Conduct due diligence investigations
• Identify corruption/bribery risks
• Review screening reports and red flags
• Work with Legal, Procurement, Sales, Finance, and regional business teams
• Manage compliance workflows/tools
• Support audits and reporting
• Improve processes and controls

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of compliance and risk management experience; in-house tech experience is preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of anti-bribery/anti-corruption requirements and global government expectations.
• Experience using and refining third-party due diligence platforms, GRC databases, and other compliance tools, such as OneTrust, NAVEX, or World-Check.
• Ability to develop and manage project plans and prioritize competing demands.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to identify compliance risks and develop pragmatic risk-based solutions.
• Collaborative by nature and able to build strong partnerships with cross-functional stakeholders.
