Robert Half Marketing and Creative has an agency client looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to lead paid media strategy and execution for clients in the furniture and design space based in Denver, Colorado. This role focuses on building efficient, insight-driven programs across major advertising platforms while partnering closely with clients and internal teams to support measurable business growth. The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on channel expertise, sharp analytical thinking, and a practical approach to optimizing spend in high-consideration buying environments.Responsibilities:• Develop, launch, and oversee paid advertising initiatives across platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.• Manage media budgets across multiple campaigns, adjusting investment levels to support both immediate performance targets and long-term growth objectives.• Track campaign effectiveness through accurate measurement frameworks, reporting on key performance indicators and evaluating channel-level contribution.• Work closely with creative and cross-functional team members to align campaign messaging, test new concepts, and improve asset performance while maintaining brand consistency.• Review account performance regularly to identify inefficiencies, reduce unnecessary spend, and address creative fatigue or targeting gaps.• Create scalable media strategies for new and existing client accounts by combining performance data, competitive insights, and business goals.• Communicate recommendations and performance updates to clients clearly, using data to explain decisions and prioritize next steps.
