Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant

Pay: $45.00 - $60.00 per hour Job description: Urgent Care Practitioner We are seeking a skilled and dedicated practitioner with prior urgent care or emergency medicine experience. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing a wide range of acute conditions and procedures, including performing sutures, managing wound care, administering injections, and conducting thorough patient evaluations. Responsibilities include: Assessing and treating walk‑in patients with urgent but non‑life‑threatening conditions. Performing minor procedures such as suturing, incision and drainage, and splinting. Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests as appropriate. Documenting all encounters thoroughly and accurately in patient charts. Coordinating care with other providers when inpatient admission or specialty referral is required. Providing compassionate, efficient, and timely care to patients of all ages. The practitioner should demonstrate strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. Prior experience in urgent care, family practice, or emergency medicine is preferred.
