Overview Senior Associate, Product Manager – Fraud Workflows at Capital One. As a product manager focusing on Consumer Bank products, you will work with product managers, designers, engineers, data scientists, and analysts to bring modern fraud solutions to millions of customers. Responsibilities Modernize Fraud operations by building and enabling seamless, cohesive experiences through automation and agentic solutions. Partner with GenAI teams to enable and enhance new and existing workflows. Define the central data strategy for Retail Bank and deliver data platforms that support real‑time intelligent decisions. Work deeply with customers, associates, designers, technologists and data scientists to build cutting‑edge solutions. Innovate relentlessly by asking bold questions, starting small, testing and learning. Share stories to change how people think about product building and problem solving. Jump‑start a self‑supporting community by integrating right tools and off‑the‑shelf products. Solve the right problem and avoid dwelling on the wrong one. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience. At least 2 years of experience working in product management. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration; degree to be completed by start date. Experience translating business strategy into consumer‑facing digital products. Experience with data‑driven product decisions and real‑time solutions.
