The Assistant Project Manager will support large-scale projects by coordinating various project activities to ensure timely and within-budget delivery. This role involves close collaboration with internal departments and cross-functional teams to maintain seamless communication and efficient resource management throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities and schedules to meet deadlines
• Manage project schedules, ensuring milestones and deliverables are tracked
• Track project budgets and control expenditures
• Allocate resources effectively across project tasks
• Facilitate communication among internal and cross-functional teams
• Prepare and deliver regular project reports
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Support quality control processes to ensure project standards

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months experience as an Assistant Project Manager, Project Coordinator, or Project Engineer or equivalent combination of experience and education.  
• High school diploma or GED.
• Proficient computer skills in Bluebeam, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the new-construction field. 
• Associate degree and/or trade school.
• 1+ years of experience in project management
• Proficiency in project scheduling and budget management
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
• Competent in Microsoft Office applications
• Effective problem-solving and time management abilities
