Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)/SLPA - School Based

Connected Hearts Pediatric Therapy, LLC is hiring a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for Coral Springs Charter School. This position is available now, and we're ready to bring someone on as soon as possible. About The Role On-site position at Coral Springs Charter, following the school's calendar and daily schedule. 4 days/week, 32 hours/week. Pay: $70/hr for SLPs, $45-50/hr for SLPAs. Direct, hands-on supervision and support from a licensed SLP. You'll never be navigating a tricky case or an unfamiliar IEP situation alone. Responsibilities Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students per their IEPs. Conduct screenings and evaluations as needed. Develop and track progress toward IEP goals. Maintain timely, compliant documentation of services provided. Collaborate with teachers, case managers, and other members of the IEP team. Attend IEP meetings and provide input on student progress. Manage a caseload independently while staying connected with your supervisor for guidance, case consultation, and support. Qualifications Active Florida SLP license, or SLPA registration/certification in good standing. Prior school-based experience preferred but not required. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Comfortable managing your own schedule and caseload within the school day. Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented with documentation.
