This includes conducting daily inbound and outbound quality audits across various categories to ensure compliance with quality guidelines.**Essential Job Functions*** Conduct regular audits of shipments and examine inventory for defects to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.* Verify proper storage, handling, and documentation of products.* Accurately document audit findings, non-conformances, and corrective actions in quality management systems.* Participate in the continuous improvement of quality control procedures and best practices.* Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and other departments regarding quality expectations, audit results, and process improvements.* Monitor and report on key quality metrics to support operational goals.* Maintain a strong commitment to safety, housekeeping, productivity, and quality.* Foster a motivated workforce through timely communication, consistency, fairness, and recognition of good work or ideas.* Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall quality and efficiency of the distribution center.**Who You Are**You always strive to do a good job...but wouldn’t it be great if you could do your job and do a world of good?
