Job Description Private Duty Nurse LPN High Acuity Pre-Teen Our local office is looking for a team of compassionate nurses to provide care for a very special client/patient. Alternating week between Suwanee (30024) and Brookhaven Location/Setting: Suwanee 30024/Brookhaven 30319 - Suwanee has 4 dogs and Brookhaven has a dog and cat Age Range: Pre-Teen Acuity: High Aveanna’s Private Duty nurses assist our patients with transitioning home from the hospital and provide the continuous care they need so they can remain at home with their loved ones. We match our nurses to their patients based on skill, age, health condition, and acuity level.
