We are currently looking for a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join our Hilltop Center in Hilltop, WV, with a commitment of 32-40 hours per week.

The annual salary for this role ranges from $101,750 to $117,000.

The Advanced Practice Provider will report directly to the Director of Clinical Practice and/or the Area Clinical Practice Manager. This role involves collaborating on-site with the Center Leadership Team to meet specific center goals and priorities. Additionally, the Advanced Practice Provider will work alongside the Medical Director and/or Attending Physician to deliver patient-centered medical care.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing primary and urgent care services to residents of the nursing center.
• Collaborating with other medical professionals within the center.
• Working with Center Leadership to fulfill our mission of enhancing lives through high-quality healthcare and compassionate service.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A degree from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Licensure as a registered nurse and certification as a Nurse Practitioner, having graduated from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program with a Master’s Degree in Nursing, specializing in Older Adult and/or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP). Other specialties may be considered based on experience and organizational needs.
• A minimum of two years of experience working with adult or geriatric populations is preferred.
• In states where permitted, an unrestricted professional license and DEA registration for each state of practice.

Note: Eligibility for full-time benefits requires a minimum of 30 hours per week. Salary range: $101,750 - $117,000 per year. Sign-on bonus: $5,000.
