Southern Baptist Senior Pastor Fellowship Baptist Church of Warrenton, MO, known for its loving and friendly members, is nestled in a rapidly growing rural community 60 miles west of St. Louis. Founded in 1980 by a small group of families, we have grown to over 200 active members and are sponsoring a Spanish‑speaking church in our area. Description The Senior Pastor will serve as the primary spiritual and administrative leader, delivering biblically grounded sermons that align with the Baptist Faith and Message (2000). Primary Responsibilities Provide Spiritual Leadership Promote and practice personal and corporate prayer Proclaim the full biblical gospel and shepherd the congregation through biblically sound relevant sermons while coordinating the overall atmosphere and structure of services Officiate baptisms, funerals, weddings, and lead Lord's Supper Provide Pastoral Leadership Connect and engage with members of all ages Conduct, lead, and train deacons and staff in visitation of members Conduct pre‑marital, marital, crisis, and other counseling Provide Outreach Leadership Develop evangelism and discipleship in the church Support church staff and ministry teams in community outreach Encourage collaboration with other area pastors Provide Administrative Leadership Lead the church to develop Christ‑centered programs that align with the church vision and mission Lead the church to train staff and ministry team leaders Lead, develop and help implement a communication strategy for the church Lead the church to develop policies and procedures to encourage member participation Moderate church business meetings Supervise church staff Represent the church in civic events and matters Application If you feel the Lord is calling you to shepherd and lead Fellowship Baptist Church, please submit your resume to View email address on click.appcast.io #J-18808-Ljbffr Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary
