Facilities Engineer

As Facilities Engineer you will handle plant equipment and building maintenance, project planning and implementation, equipment layouts, and troubleshooting across assigned facilities. Responsibilities: Evaluates engineering proposals and process requirements to determine feasibility, costs, and design needs for new or modified plant equipment. Provides technical guidance on manufacturing processes, materials, and long‑range plant planning while leading capital project design and implementation. Oversees facility operations-including equipment installation, maintenance, safety compliance, and management of contractors or maintenance staff. Troubleshoots equipment and resolves technical or operational issues, ensuring machinery meets specifications and supporting production teams as needed. Manages project planning, supervision, cost estimating, purchasing of equipment/supplies, and reporting on maintenance and engineering activities to leadership.
