Position Overview We are seeking a driven and experienced Installation Manager to oversee daily branch operations, ensure high-quality installations, and lead our installation and warehouse teams to success.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and supervise daily branch and installation operations
- Conduct a minimum of 5 weekly inspections to ensure installations meet company standards
- Evaluate installation and customer service issues and drive timely resolution
- Monitor and manage warehouse operations and inventory control
- Ensure proper usage and accountability of company materials and supplies
- Oversee company vehicle maintenance, cleanliness, and safety compliance
- Lead and support installation teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences
- 3-5 years of management or supervisory experience in a high-volume remodeling or construction environment
- Strong knowledge of residential remodeling processes (bath, kitchen, or general construction)
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Experience in customer service management
- Background in supervising a warehouse or shop environment is a plus
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment screening
