Genesis10 is currently seeking a Senior Counterparty Credit Risk Business Analyst with a Global Financial Institution located in Jersey City, NJ. This is a hybrid 6+ month contract opportunity.

This role serves as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and recommending solutions to support strategic objectives and operational improvements. This position requires proven experience with Counterparty Credit Risk and/or CCAR.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and analysis
• Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement or automation
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for development teams
• Support testing, training, and deployment of new systems or enhancements
• Facilitate communication between business users and IT teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and documentation to support decision-making

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Must have experience with Counterparty Credit Risk and/or CCAR
• Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and Agile methodologies
• Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Visio, JIRA, and SQL
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

Desired skills:

• Business Analyst certification (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus

Pay range: up to $79.76 per hour
