Responsibilities

• Title: Physical Therapist (PT)
• Location: Bellaken Garden and Skilled Nursing Center is a high-performing, 61-bed skilled nursing facility in Oakland known for its exceptionally low staff turnover rate. Therapists manage a diverse caseload spanning short-term rehab and long-term restorative care, treating patients recovering from strokes, complex ortho conditions, spinal and head injuries, and peripheral neuropathies. The facility's well-equipped gym is designed to advance functional mobility, therapeutic exercises, and independent activities of daily living (ADL) training. Qualifications

1. 1. They must have a valid Physical Therapy (PT) license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility.
2. 2. They must have a Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or
3. 3. They must have a Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; or
4. 4. They must have a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
5. 5. The qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy.

Posted Salary Range

USD $60.00 - USD $65.00 /Hr.
