Water Damage Restoration Technician

$22–$27/hour based on experience | Full-Time | Overtime Opportunities

SERVPRO of Concord is looking for a  dependable, hardworking Water Damage Restoration Technician to join our growing team. If you're someone who likes working with your hands, solving problems, helping people, and wants a career with room to grow, we'd like to hear from you.

Restoration experience is a plus — but it's NOT required. We will train the right person.

What You'll Do:

As a Water Damage Restoration Technician, you'll respond to homes and businesses experiencing water damage and help get them back to normal.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Responding to emergency water damage calls
• Inspecting and assessing affected areas
• Setting and monitoring drying equipment
• Extracting standing water
• Removing damaged materials when necessary
• Performing demolition and cleanup
• Moving equipment and materials
• Taking photos and documenting work
• Communicating professionally with customers
• Working closely with Project Managers and other technicians
• Following safety procedures and restoration standards
• Maintaining equipment and keeping vehicles/work areas clean

• Comfortable working in homes, businesses, crawlspaces, attics, and other job-site environments
• Able to lift equipment and perform physically demanding work
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Professional and respectful with customers
• A good communicator and team player
• Willing to learn and take direction
• Able to work overtime when needed
• Able to respond to emergency situations when scheduled for on-call

Experience in construction, demolition, HVAC, plumbing, roofing, handyman work, moving, or other hands-on trades is a BIG plus.

A valid driver's license and good driving record are required.
