Phoenix, AZ (85016) $100K–$150K Base + Bonus About the Opportunity A rapidly growing litigation practice is seeking a Workers’ Compensation Attorney to join its Phoenix office. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney interested in building expertise in workers’ compensation from the ground up while working alongside highly experienced litigators handling complex, high-volume caseloads. This role offers a clear growth path , strong mentorship, and consistent case flow—positioning you for long-term success and earning potential. Key Responsibilities Manage a high-volume caseload of workers’ compensation matters Handle hearings, depositions, mediations, and court appearances Draft and file legal documents (pleadings, motions, discovery, etc.) Guide clients through the legal process with strong communication Collaborate with expert witnesses, including report preparation Prepare for and attend litigation proceedings Qualifications JD from an ABA‑accredited law school Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills Excellent client communication and service skills Workers’ compensation experience preferred (as little as 6 months welcomed) Why This Role?
