Financial Services Representative - 14th Street - Spanish Preferred

Summary The Financial Services Representative’s primary function is to increase each Member’s profitability potential by fulfilling their financial needs through effective profiling and providing a successful and rewarding experience. Guarantees that every Member, every time receives a warm and positive experience. Displays Altura Credit Union’s Core Values (Respect, Integrity, Innovation, Passion, and Excellence) to both external and internal members. Takes ownership of every Member every time and provides “Start to Finish” Member service. Determines Members’ needs and directs them to the proper services and resources for transacting business. Opens new membership accounts and cross-sells Altura Credit Union and its Affiliate’s products and services, using supporting verification systems. Responsible for asking for the business and closing the sale. Coaches Members in the use of our technology. Demonstrates excellence in Member service by welcoming Members to the branch and providing service in an efficient, friendly, and professional manner. Consistently maintains a member survey average score of 9.5 or above. Functions in any operational role necessary to expedite Member transactions and ensure Member wait times are minimal to include new accounts, fraud processing, loan applications/signings, wire transfers, Member research, and assisting at the Welcome Center, including but not limited to processing teller transactions utilizing RTA or while on the teller line Adheres to compliance issues, policies, and procedures to preserve the operational integrity of the branch network. Accurately performs Symitar functions. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Determines Members’ needs and directs them to the proper services and resources for transacting business. Accurately performs Symitar functions. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, And/or QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
