Chief Growth Officer (5612)

NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Chief Growth Officer – to join our client’s team in San Jose, California . This is an Onsite, Direct Hire position.

Salary: $220,000 – $245,000 + bonus (depending on experience)

Requirements

Proven experience owning and scaling a significant revenue/P&L business unit
Deep expertise in performance marketing, lead generation, and funnel economics
Strong analytical skills with command of CAC, CPL, conversion, and monetization metrics
Experience leading cross-functional teams across marketing, sales/conversion, and client success
Ability to build scalable systems and reduce founder/CEO dependency

Responsibilities

Own full-funnel revenue performance and division P&L
Scale revenue while improving profitability and unit economics
Expand and diversify institutional partnerships to mitigate concentration risk
Align paid media, conversion, and monetization teams around shared KPIs
Build scalable operational systems and leadership infrastructure for growth
