JOB REQUIREMENTS Board: BC Certified

Licenses: Active Oregon medical license

DEA: Required

Certifications: BLS

Other Qualifications: Comfortable with NICU airway evaluation; Proficiency with Epic EMR; Must be willing to obtain privileges at Providence Newberg Medical Center (call only) and Providence St. Vincent (clinic and call)

Duties & Responsibilities Provide comprehensive pediatric otolaryngology care in clinic (Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri) and surgical center (Thu)

Manage inpatient and outpatient consultations, follow-ups, and surgical cases

Take beeper call for emergency department and established patient calls via mobile app during nights and weekends

Perform NICU airway evaluations as required

Document all encounters in the Epic EMR system
