The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and train assembly line personnel.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders.
- Maintain quality control standards and address any deviations.

- Optimize workflow processes for efficiency and productivity.
Recommended Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing assembly, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team of assembly technicians to achieve production targets.
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using manufacturing execution systems (MES) and other production tracking software.
