Systems Analyst (Providence, RI area) W2 Only Required Skills: 5+ years of systems analysis experience, preferably in financial services applications BS/BA Degree or equivalent experience Strong critical thinking, analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills Excellent written and oral communication abilities Proactive, organized, highly responsive, and committed to quality Ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly Experience with writing documentation, business process diagrams, and system workflows Skilled at influencing team members and external partners Proven ability to work constructively with diverse teams Proficiency in SQL and working with multiple backend databases (e.g., SQL, Sybase, Oracle) Familiarity with Jira and Confluence Nice to Have Skills: Understanding of Agile development methodologies Experience with web application development concepts Knowledge of QA automation Awareness of database query tools and strong SQL skills Experience with systems workflows and business process diagrams Preferred Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant field Extensive experience in financial services or related industries Estimated Min Rate : $42.00 Estimated Max Rate : $60.00 What's In It for You?
