Step into a dynamic role providing critical behavioral services in a full-time, contract position supporting K-12 students. Utilize your expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to make a positive difference across three diverse educational settings. You will work with a caseload of 35 students in varied environments, including one K-8 school and two at the high school and transition program levels, allowing you to broaden your impact and professional reach.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification required
  • Demonstrated experience supporting K-12 students in educational settings
  • Strong grasp of applied behavior analysis (ABA) and ability to create effective behavior intervention plans
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with students, educators, and families
  • Familiarity with data collection, progress monitoring, and reporting
  • Previous experience working with diverse student populations is highly valued
  • Adaptable and organized, able to manage a multi-site caseload

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and consultative ABA services to students across three schools
  • Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop individualized intervention plans
  • Train and support teachers and staff in implementing behavior strategies and interventions
  • Lead meetings with families and educational teams to review student goals and progress
  • Oversee and guide the implementation of behavior intervention plans to ensure fidelity and positive outcomes
  • Monitor, document, and analyze student progress, adjusting plans as necessary
  • Travel between Northbrook (K-8) and Skokie (High school and Transition Program) schools as scheduled
