What You'll Do As a Senior Advisor, you'll serve as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of clients while delivering thoughtful tax and business advisory services. Responsibilities include: Manage a diverse portfolio of business and individual clients. Lead tax planning, advisory, and consulting engagements. Review and sign individual and business tax returns. Help clients make informed financial, operational, and strategic decisions. Build trusted relationships through proactive communication and year-round guidance. Collaborate with colleagues and firm leadership on client engagements and strategic initiatives. Mentor and coach developing professionals. Identify opportunities to improve client service, internal processes, and firm operations. Continue building technical expertise while contributing to the firm's long-term growth. What We're Looking For Active CPA license. 5–10 years of public accounting, tax, or advisory experience. Experience managing client relationships and leading engagements. Strong tax planning and technical tax knowledge. Experience reviewing and signing individual and business tax returns. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills. A collaborative leadership style with a passion for mentoring others. Experience working with business owners and closely held businesses is highly valued. Familiarity with modern tax and accounting software is preferred.
