Are you passionate about creating delicious food and working in a fast-paced kitchen environment? Saigon Hustle is looking for talented and enthusiastic Cooks to join our team. If you enjoy preparing high-quality meals and thrive in a collaborative, dynamic setting, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
- Cook and prepare a variety of dishes following Saigon Hustle’s standardized recipes and production guidelines.
- Set up your workstation with all necessary ingredients and equipment.
- Prepare ingredients by measuring, weighing, mixing, chopping, and peeling.
- Safely use a variety of utensils and kitchen equipment, including ovens, stoves, and slicers.
- Arrange, garnish, and portion food according to Saigon Hustle’s presentation guidelines.
- Properly store food by following food safety policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace, including equipment and utensils.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude towards guests, team members, and customers.
- Follow Saigon Hustle’s safety policies and food safety regulations.
- Assist with other tasks as assigned by management.

- Manual dexterity for handling kitchen tools and equipment.
Qualifications:
- Proven knowledge of basic food preparation principles, various cooking methods, and food safety regulations.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Valid Food Handler's Card required.
