Work conditions include exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions, in-store temperatures ranging from 36 degrees to over 90 degrees, sudden changes in temperature, food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters, hot surfaces/tools, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts. Sensing abilities include talking and hearing on the telephone, near and mid-range vision, depth perception, and the ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces. Temperaments include the ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions.

Physical requirements include standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, and climbing.
