Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Valid State Licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant
• Proven experience working in outpatient settings preferred
• Strong understanding of rehabilitation techniques and patient care protocols
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Capable of managing a fast-paced environment with efficiency

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with diverse patient populations
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Additional certifications in specialized therapy areas
• Flexibility to float between clinics as needed

Preferred Education & Experience:

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• At least 1 year of outpatient therapy experience
• New grads are welcome to apply, provided they meet all licensing requirements

Other Requirements:

• Availability to start by April 22, 2024
• Willingness to float to other clinics when needed
• Ability to see approximately 12-14 patients per day, with a productivity goal of 60 visits per week
• Commitment to maintaining quality patient care within productivity and documentation expectations
• Ability to work up to 40 hours per week, with overtime approved by the director
• Willingness to work in an outpatient setting with some double-booking of follow-up visits
• Valid licensure and certifications, with travel and other reimbursements when applicable
