The venture/growth secondary market continues to expand rapidly as firms seek new liquidity pathways for high‑performing assets, structured capital solutions, and next‑generation continuation vehicles. The Analyst will be a key member of marquee transactions, working closely with innovative GPs, portfolio companies, and the global secondary investor universe.
