This is a full-time, contract-based assignment located near Middletown, OH, with the potential for both onsite and virtual (“voco”) delivery. Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

• Valid SLP-CCC certification required.
• Knowledge and experience working with school-aged children, particularly at the middle school level.
• Current state licensure (or ability to obtain).
• Experience developing and implementing communication-related IEP goals.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work onsite or participate in virtual service delivery, depending on district needs.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver speech and language therapy services tailored to individual and small group student needs.
• Assess, screen, and document student progress in accordance with state and district guidelines.
• Collaborate with teaching staff, special education professionals, and families to ensure cohesive support.
• Develop and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) per compliance requirements.
• Provide consultation and support to staff and parents regarding communication strategies.
